I am Swetha G., an M.Sc. Psychology postgraduate and a Banjara Academy-trained student counsellor, with professional experience in student counselling, career guidance, special education, and personality development.
Over the course of my professional journey, I have worked with students, children with diverse learning needs, parents, educators, and working professionals. These experiences have helped me appreciate that every individual has unique strengths, challenges, aspirations, and ways of learning.
My work has included individual counselling, career guidance, academic support, exam preparation, stress management, study skills, memory techniques, parent counselling, and interventions tailored to childrens individual learning needs. I have also facilitated training and awareness programmes on personal development, goal setting, motivation, time management, and related topics.
I believe that effective counselling begins with listening without judgment, understanding an individuals concerns, and working together towards practical and meaningful goals. My approach is guided by empathy, patience, respect for individual differences, and a belief in each persons capacity to grow.
Through MindMarga, I aspire to provide a supportive environment where students can navigate academic and personal challenges, parents can gain a better understanding of their childrens needs, and individuals can make more informed decisions about their future.
My goal is to help every individual recognise their strengths, build self-confidence, and take their next steps with greater clarity and purpose.
