Sundar brings over 25 years of experience in global IT leadership, business transformation and people development, and has led multi-million-dollar portfolios globally across the U.S., UK, Hong Kong, China and India. Alongside his technology leadership journey, he also gained the experience of running a preschool, which gave him a very different perspective on learning, development and nurturing potential.

Today, he is bringing these experiences together at the intersection of Technology, People & Transformation through Grow2Transform, for GPS (Graduates, Professionals, Students), helping students and professionals grow and transform through career counselling, coaching, corporate training and professional development.
